What I'd like to see is a free-entry exam where it asks you to write some code that will take a given set of data and do something with it using CF code. It would then have a copy of the CF core built in and attempt to execute the code. Of course then you run into problems with innocent spelling errors, etc. and would make the exam much longer (time wise). All of this in addition to the multiple choice that is already in place.
