Long term they're good but as you probably know to make "real" money you either have to own a company, have serious equity, or be in the c-suite (or all of the above). Realistically I'm probably 5-10 years from that (if ever) unless I got lucky. But here's a different way I decided to look at it: what if I had to "buy" either of these job? Which would I choose if I could only choose one knowing what I'm going to be doing next year and with whom?
