Yeah I have seen my 3G get slower and slower lately. Responsiveness has started to totally suck - when I touch the "search" box in maps (for example) it takes FOREVER to respond and move the focus. So much so that I often touch the screen several times before it finally responds and in certain apps that means the app registers those taps on a screen I wasn't even on yet.
