So far the potential for enciment of violence is the best argument I've heard but still falls short.

You are proposing a NEW limit on one of our most cherished freedoms....something not to consider lightly. You hinted at an argument that their brand of speech and protest could be a danger to them and their surrounding communities because the likelihood of future violence is almost assured.
