I think we have all heard of times where criminals are released, or
confessions cannot be used, because of issues with Miranda.

I know my rights when I get arrested, that does not mean the police
still do not need to read them to me.

I think messing with that is going to cause issues. I also think that,
like the new immigration law in AZ, it will get abused if these
changes get pushed through.

I find it odd that someone who was so against the AZ laws (Obama)
could also support these proposed changes.
