What I think? Dude, I just LOOKED IT UP. Specifically the word we translate to 'temple' in English version of those verses refers to a sacred place. So basically you and I were both wrong and Maureen was right. The sacred place would be the temple proper. Not the hallway, not the parking lot, but the temple itself.
