That would be my hope for the biggest lesson to learn from this 
disaster.  That these types of plans are both thought out and tried to 
show that they should work.  Sometimes the cost of a failure is such 
that even though it has a 99.99% chance of not happening it still needs 
a plan to handle that 0.01% chance when everything hits the fan!
