The DOJ case was downgraded from a criminal case to a civil case by the *Bush* DOJ, not the Obama DOJ. 3. The reason that it isn't being pursued further is that there isn't anyone complaining. Not a single voter. I'm in favor of local law enforcement trying to nail the dudes for brandishing weapons in public or whatever. And lord knows that the New Black Panther party is a hate group. But there hasn't been a voter intimidation case brought forth because there wasn't any voter intimidation. Apparently voters know 3 blow hards when they see them. Maybe if the NBP had gone to a white suburban polling place they would have successfully intimidated someone. As it is, Breitbart trying to stir up a froth of shit as usual to drown out actual issues.
