If that's the case Bush should have fired his writers and gotten new
ones near the beginning of the 2000 campaign. Then again he ended up in
the White House, made up words and all, without any indication of
actually being able to orate so maybe it's not all that important.

C'mon....Presidents have been little more than announcers when giving
speeches for decades now.
