I've used http://www.rememberthemilk.com/ before and thought it was pretty nice. I can't remember if it supports adding files to tasks or not though. The nice thing is that you can get to your lists from anywhere and it also integrates with pretty much everything. You can get your lists in Gmail, on your iPhone, your Android device, plain ole web browser, Twitter, there is offline access, etc.
