There were a flurry of Soviet and US tests around 1962, for instance. 1967 seemed to be a banner year for testing in the US for some reason....did the 6 day war play into that at all maybe? I expected more tests in the 80's than I saw. It was at least mildly comforting to note that as we got closer to modern times, the detonations dwindled. I remember France being the lone tester for several years and catching the bulk of the grief from the anti-nukers around the mid 1990's. I wonder how many of those tests were hydrogen bombs? -- No matter how close to yours another's steps have grown In the end there is one dance you'll do alone ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~| Order the Adobe Coldfusion Anthology now! http://www.amazon.com/Adobe-Coldfusion-Anthology-Michael-Dinowitz/dp/1430272155/?tag=houseoffusion Archive: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/cf-community/message.cfm/messageid:324353 Subscription: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/cf-community/subscribe.cfm Unsubscribe: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/cf-community/unsubscribe.cfm
