Cell Phone data link will be used in cases where WiFi is not available. And so too the Voice Over IP.
You can do some very cool video conferencing things with a tablet and a data link that you can't do with a smaller screen cell phone. I'm looking forward to when I can replace my notebook with a device that allows me to take notes, display email, bring up websites, annotate documents etc. in the size and form factor of say a Kindle. So if the Samsung Tablet can do that then yup that's what I'll be going to meetings with.
