I think it has always been this bad, the difference is people are paying
attention this time.

And, truthfully, I think we are seeing the second string cheaters. I think
the top-flight cheaters are good enough not to get caught.

Sadly, I also think we are going to see a lot of bogus and false
and exaggerated reports, since it is so hard to go back and correct
misinformation and lies, especially this close to the election.

Too many politicians saw all the flops during the World Cup, and are trying
the same thing.
