This is all a simple matter of marketing. Instead of an "intrusive patdown" in front of everyone, you get slipped a little black "players" card, that lets you into the "champagne room" for a lapdance and patdown from a hot dancer-type girl. (or guy - your preference). You walk away happy. College girls get jobs with great benefits, and the economy is improved by the sharp uptick in airline travel. Why is this so hard? Problem solved.
