1.5 hours isn't long for a tech interview. I was on a five hour one once and got it. I also aced a phone interview and the recruiter called and said they loved me but I wasn't the right fit because I didn't seem interested enough in the product. Read: I didn't ask enough questions. Why would I care about the product, I build apps.
