We've been doing a bunch on interviews here at my work recently and there is an amazing variety.
My favorite was a QA guy who just came in to interview. One of our people asked a fairly standard question: "Say you QA'd a release and it went out and there was a major bug that you should have caught but didn't. How do you go about dealing with that situation". The dude in question simply said, "That wouldn't happen. I don't make mistakes". You don't make mistakes? Nope, he assured us again, he does not make mistakes. Ever. About anything. We decided that he was too perfect for us to employ at our very human organization.
