Depends on how tall you are. Aktins, however, did not weigh 250 until the fluid accumulation occurred during his final illness. Anyone who states that the Atkins diet doesn't work due to the fact that Aktins himself was heavy at death ignores all the evidence from those who has successfully lost weight, and kept it off.
