I typed up a letter last night that will be sent to several people at 3com and
cc'd to the credit card company. there is no excuse for this type of thing. Just
having a few people review it to make sure its okay to send.

Don't just call your credit card company - put it in
writing or it doesn't count.

If you use the word "dispute" in your letter re: the
amount of the purchase you should be covered while the
cc company investigates.
