The Palestinians are still the media's darlings that can do no wrong. The
only news you really hear about them is their refusal to negotiate with
Israel and their push to have a country without a peace plan or clear
borders. Every few days there's an article about this Central American
country that'll recognize them or that European country who'll think about
it. Their internal matters are not being reported. They're having the same
protests that happened in Egypt, etc. but no one is reporting on them or the
violence used to put them down.

But as usual, I don't expect to see real news about the Palestinians in the
mainstream media. Just reading about how the BBC shunted the slaughter of
the Fogel family into a footnote in another article that only appeared on
their website for a moment proves it to me yet again.

The more things change, the more they stay the same.
