Well yeah....that's the only threat anyone can mount to the US these days.
iran? north korea? Are these countries REALLY a threat to the United States?
No and no. Could either or both of them cause some damage though? Sure.

This is what I keep in mind every time the next political idiot tries to
scare me into supporting another war action. Fear led us into Iraq, and fear
mixed with rage sent us into AFghanistan. The latter is at least
understandable, whereas the former.....ugh, we should have known better.

And we took pretty good vengeance for their moves.

Not really, but then, there wasn't much to take vengeance against. How do
you "punish" someone who's life pretty much sucks anyway? there is nothing
to take away from them, and if you kill them....so what? They didn't really
value life much anyway.
