The question is simply whether Ms. Palin is a liar. Nothing more, nothing less. What or who the possible lie is about is of no consequence. We shouldn't want liars as Vice Presidents, so Ms. Palin simply needs to prove she's not a liar. She made a campaign trail claim that is reasonably questionable and she simply needs to show she was telling the truth.
