I should also mention that I have a very strong "no server administration"
rule in our office.  If it's a server that requires my attention, no matter
how infrequent, it's not an option.  For me, it's TOTALLY worth paying a
service so that I don't have to deal with updates, patches, hacks, hardware
failures, etc...

So, a beter alternative for me means more convenient, better quality - not
"cheaper".  Not a good fit for everyone, but that's what I am looking for...
