They can't give you ticket for yielding the right-of-way especially to a police officer! FYI, police vehicles have the right-of-way always and drivers are legally required to give the right of way. If the lights come on you're even allowed to drive on the shoulder. In fact i believe the cop is not legally allowed to turn on his lights unless he's providing urgent assistance, arresting a suspect, or clearing a hazard. In this case he was clearing a hazard. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~| Order the Adobe Coldfusion Anthology now! http://www.amazon.com/Adobe-Coldfusion-Anthology/dp/1430272155/?tag=houseoffusion Archive: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/cf-community/message.cfm/messageid:337076 Subscription: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/cf-community/subscribe.cfm Unsubscribe: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/cf-community/unsubscribe.cfm
