So just raise the taxes on those who don't create jobs. An exemption
for actual job creation should be simple to include in any tax
legislation.

Propose that, and if the politicians balk, you know that "job
creators" is just a buzz word, and not an actual class of people or
businesses that exist except in the rhetoric.
