it was the break-up of FIST that led to my putting down the 1/4"
cables and pick-up my golf clubs.

ill never look back. it was a fun ride, i was 5th man (sound/pa/sound
effects/vocal trippin out with stuff) for a metal
band back in the day. we were the 1st ones to fuse hiphop/grunge core
1994 around the mid-atlantic. shit was sick.

one marriage, one child, and one having to graduate from college broke
up the band.

ugh. still hurts.
