I was just in Germany and got stuck in a 4 hour traffic jam outside of Leipzig (former east germany). That gave me lots of time to meet some old timers and guess what? They're not as confident as you are. I wonder how far the ole "yeah but we're Smarter and better than everyone else" is going to get us. Because, hey, it could NEVER happen to US! So far this century I'd say we're battin zero on all fronts and I don't like the trend.
