I also didn't say that we should stop companies from getting bigger.
You seem to be arguing with a straw man here. All I said is that big
companies employ fewer people to produce the same output as a large
number of small companies would. And then I pointed out that that fact
can also accrue positive benefits to the economy at large through
lower prices. Like I said, it's a mixed bag when you are looking at
the big economic picture.

Within limits, consolidation has positive impacts to the economy as a
whole. Too much consolidation decreases competition and limits the
beneficial effects to the economy as a whole. And when you include
structural inequalities in the economy, it can have a disproportionate
impact on unemployment.

And while I don't think that anything I said implies it, I'll make it
clear here as well that I do not advocate a centrally planned economy
in the sense of telling companies they can't get bigger or requiring
them to hire workers for no good business reason, etc.  Trying to
figure out good regulatory frameworks that encourage innovation and
allows for a great degree of freedom whilst also promoting a sound
general economy and planning for full employment is no mean feat.
