I had it done in September. Be prepared for your gonads to be 4 times their normal size. The pain subsided after a few days, but it was essentially a day or so of feeling like someone is kicking you in the nads. Things finally got back to normal about a month ago and now I have to go in for 2 seminalysis' 6 weeks apart...you get to go into a room with porn playing and porn mags and jerk off into a cup hehehe. After the second one they can say for sure if everything went well. One of the things that can happen is that your vas deferens can actually find the other end and fuse back together and wallah...you are no longer shooting blanks. If this hasn't happened after the second analysis, you are good.
