Ah, that's cool. I didn't know they had changed it from a secondary
offense to a primary. Looks like they changed that in 2010, good for
them. I'm all in favor of individual states doing things their own
way, by and large, but it is nice when driving-related laws are
uniform so you know what the rules are going to be when going between
states.
