I'd also evaluate the community around Railo and OpenBD.  The Railo email
list is actually more active than CF-Talk right now.  I don't know how
OpenBD is doing.

Going either route (OBD or Railo) means you are leaning a good bit on the
community to help when something goes wrong.  The larger and more active
the community the better.  I have no idea how active OpenBD community is
right now, but it's worth evaluating that when making a choice.
