I don't suppose an XBox or PS3 is an option. That is if you're just
going to be doing some gaming.

But 'gel is right, for 600 its better and much cheaper to build your
own. Alternatively you may want to get a barebones PC and build up
from there. You may be able to get something decent for around $350 or
so. If you consider using the onboard video initially, then upgrading
to a video card later that may be an alterative:
