sorry. Annoyed by having to local my email filters. Eric said he heard that the president said everyone should go to college. I *think* he was joking, because that's not what Obama said, it's what the Republicans (Romney?) said he said, and even they backed down.
Obama said everyone should finish high school and get a year of some sort of training after that. He specifically included apprenticeships and community college. Seems to me that training is usually a good thing, and saying so is not the same as saying everyone should study English at Harvard.
