Judah's in same  the rain-forest-ish climate zone that Portland is, so just
cause moss will grow on you if you stand still ten minutes in Portland...

never mind, I just decided that if I was gonna be obsessive, I might as
well be all the way obsessive, and it seems I conflated his location with
Bend..... he probably *does* have problems with moss.

side note, kind of a cool feature, when I opened Google maps it told me
there was a winter storm warning in the area. Which is where this thread
started, I think...
