Yeah even if they do, it's going to be hard for them to convince everyone
that they have changed. They have some of the worst customer service in the
industry. But, instruction is a great way to get people into the store to
buy something. Apple has classes on how to use their products, BB could
easily run classes on how to mount your flat screen or run wiring or
computer stuff.  Maybe all that's pointless, maybe not, I'm not expert on
retail.

The last big box that I see standing if Fry's.  No frills, and several
times larger than Best Buy.  In Atlanta they have fewer locations than Best
Buy too. But I love that place.
