I've usually seen them closer to real big cities. The Frys I go to is probably about 10 times larger then the Best Buy I go to. Frys carries the same stuff as Best buy, plus a whole lot more. They also would have pretty much anything you'd find at Radio Shack, and also tons of stuff you'd typically never find in a physical store. Datacenter racks, parts to build just about any system you could ever dream up, and other electronic DIY hobbiest stuff like parts to build your own Solar chargers and things like that. It's HUGE. Look at Google Images for photos of the inside.
