I've been hearing about these moderate and liberal republicans for
years, but I don't see them in the news at all.

And when Santorum wins in several states you have to think these
republicans are not a majority, or else they simply aren't coming out
to vote.

The green movement is not a political party in government. They don't
set laws to allow spying and surveillance on citizens and censoring
dissenting opinions on the internet with takedown notices.

So no I don't see it as being the same thing. The key goals of the
Green Movement around Climate Change, Saving the Whales, Stopping
pollution of our seas by oil companies etc. etc. are sound and have
withstood scientific scrutiny. They are all things that we should be
doing (Why the f* are we slaughtering sharks for their fins?? I mean
really? Do we have to put a factory in the one spot where an
endangered species nests thereby making that species extinct?). So I
don't see it as Fascist at all. There is no suppressing of dissenting
voices, we hear the dissenting voices all the time and in many cases
they have more impact on the outcome of court cases and policy than
the green movement.
