WTF indeed. This does nothing to change that facebook is an over hyped chat/photo sharing thingamabob. I noticed part of the purchase was in stock. I assume that $1B is based mostly on facebook's expected artificially inflated IPO. Those Instagram peoples better sell fast. Facebook isn't going to last.
