Seriously though it really depends. what's the environment you're in?
Are the distractions noticeable enough to override what you're doing
immediately. One thing you may want to try is a white noise generator.
That may help. Also don't spend hours working on one thing. Take a 5
or 10 minute break every hour or so, and no more.
