The only reason that the the blame game continues is that it works.  People
want to blame others for their own inadequacies and problems.  As long as
this is the case, someone will try to take advantage of it.

The solution would be teaching people to think.  Unfortunately, education
has been broken for decades.  People almost have to be deprogrammed after
getting their education.

So, the rant is well justified.  Alas, I think the issues will continue and
probably get worse.
