The article you posted does not show details about the Romney tax plan. In fact it says specifically:
"We wont try to determine whether Rosen or Feldstein are right with their analysis, though we have previously written<http://www.politifact.com/truth-o-meter/statements/2012/sep/14/mitt-romney/romney-claims-5-studies-back-his-tax-plan/> that their study is not as detailed as the Tax Policy Center analysis. " So it does not go into any analysis of the facts regarding the paper that Rosen or Feldstein issued. All it says is that the two of them did not agree with Obama's statement. It does NOT say that Romney is accurate in his claims about how he is going to actually PAY for his tax cuts.
