The argument that unemployment is only 8% is also specious since it doesn't count the long term unemployed. In the 90's, the government changed the way unemployment was calculated. By the 90's method, unemployment is in the mid teens. By the standards used during the great depression, unemployment is in the low 20's. J - We have tried spending money.
