Oh it happened...and the animals evolved and adjusted to survive and thrive, until the fireball wiped them out many years later (if that theory is accurate). Point is, dinosaurs caused their own world to warm, just as we are doing...and they survived it just fine....as will we.
Claiming there is no global warming, or that we are not contributing to it...simply isn't reasonable given today's studies.
