That's the point.  Administrations changed.  If Administrationsare
desciminating the information, are they using the same metric?

"The metrics are improving."

Maybe.


Let's examine droning from another side.  Most of these "improving" attacks
are happening in countries that the US deems friendly.  These attacks are
killing "others" and "civilans" as well as "hostiles".

The ghettos of London and Paris have been over run by Muslims.  Surely,
there are people who are hostile towards the US in these ghettos.

Would it be okay for the US to send drones into London or Paris to kill
"hostiles", as well as "civilians", and "others".

Somehow, I think now.
