I think invoicing is on of the oldest cons in the book.

You nail a small to medium sized company - just big enough to have someone 
else preparing the checks... and you invoice them a small amount like $130.

(kind of like the register.com (netsol?) domain renewal notices that raised 
a stink a while back.)

yeah, i wonder how many people they hook line and sinker using those
tactics.  I can't say i'd pay, even if all I was going to do was wipe my
ass with the cash...
