Canada is right, they are a terrorist organization.......but how do you
change that? We've tried killing them into oblivion, but everyone seemed to
think that killing terrorist only recruited more terrorists.

So at what point do you try talking? Perhaps your first talking point might
be "we can either talk, or we can go back to killing all of you, one at a
time....your choice."
