Well, I spent many summers at my uncle's farm as a kid and can't count
the number of times I've seen bullocks hop up on each other and these
were bullock herds i.e. no females anywhere in sight and were all
castrated (i.e. what makes a male cow a bullock and not a bull).

Nick,

My wife and I play a game in the car along 10 hour trips in the Midwest,
Cow Country. Whenever you see a cow you call my cow and you score a
cow. A cemetery kills all your opponents cows. The holy grail of this
game is my cows humping. Needless to say I know no one in the history
of the game to see this, and I have been playing since high school.

Kevin

You are implying that these animals have sex for pleasure.

Puppies and some dogs try to hump legs and things because of instinct,
they don't know any better. The get excited and realize how to fix that.

Homosexuals are not in it for just the sex. There is more to it there.
People want a relationship. Animals want to spread their seed.

There is a difference.

No, and I have seen a lot of cow pastures.
