Speaking of chocolate (one of my favorite subjects, second only to you-know-what!),
had a w-o-n-d-e-r-f-u-l dessert Sat. night before leaving Hawaii - individual bittersweet chocolate souffle with warm liquid chocolate center. They were going to drizzle it with raspberry sauce, but the purist in me convinced them to use chocolate sauce instead. However, I did consent to the scoop of real vanilla ice cream with it (just in case the chocolate was too hot, of course) <grin>. -Ben > Well welcome back!
