Oh, it's not a matter of the languages or the reference... I was hired as a CF developer with the knowledge that I was going to pick up ASP eventually... which I started doing about 4 months ago on a regular basis. It's the fact that now I'll be doing development and support and network stuff when before I had a full plate doing just the development stuff.
