There's a parking garage at the foot of Chinatown, underneath the park that
connects to the Chinese Cultural Center (sorry, can't remember the name of
the park right now :-( ), I was there a week and a half ago and they were
only charging $14 bucks for the whole day... A cab ride from there to the
Muni Pier wouldn't be too bad.
