Ben, That might work, but, driving around Chinatown stinks... I'd suggest parking in the garage at Pacific & Polk, under the Lombardi Sports store, and taking the #19 bus down to the water. Or, walk... it's a 10+- minute walk (downhill the entire way). You could also walk over a block to Van Ness and take the 47 or 49, but I'd suspect they'll be mobbed. If you do walk, look up (uphill) Filbert St. My building is adjacent to the first tree on the right side of the street.
